Alone

People do not make time for you when you are alone, They make time for you when they are alone.

That statement is so true. They usually only think of you after a busy day at work, when a familiar sense of loneliness washes over them. Is it only on nights like these that you think of home? On nights like these, is calling the best opportunity, or the only way you can connect with home?

Perhaps your family is already asleep. Physical distance does not diminish love. Because what remains in the end is not achievements, titles, or applause. What remains is affection, shared time, and the radiance we radiate.

Old friends and family won't ask "Who are you?" but rather "How are you?" because you are a precious gem, a shining diamond, in their lives.
